I was feeling industrious today so I added a new Silverlight photo gallery to my blog. There is a link on the home page for it or you can click this.

After a long time at Windows Live Spaces, I am switching my main blog to a highly modified BlogEngine.net install. Don’t get me wrong, Spaces was great for a while, but it has gotten so slow and cumbersome in the past year that I just needed to switch to a faster solution. The other side benefit of this is that I completely control the engine behind it and can do lots of cool stuff with it that just wasn’t possible with a hosted service like that. Anyway, I haven’t totally given up on Spaces and will continue to use some of the features there as well.
